3rd attempt at an urbanscape scene from my hometown. I decided upon this scene as it was quite iconic. The finished image was created just with a hard brush tool at varying transparencies and flows. The original scource image was very grey and overcast so the lighting and the wet floor was all improvised to create the optimum image.
